摘要
采用TGAFTIR联用的实验方法,对不同煤样进行了热重分析,同时对其析出产物进行红外光谱在线检测;通过对不同升温速度和试样用量对煤燃烧过程的研究表明升温速度对热重法的影响最大,其挥发分析出时间也不相同;煤的总失重率随升温速度增大而增大,淮南煤HN升温速度从8℃/min增大到50℃/min时,其最大失重率由7.57%/min增大到24.55%/min;升温速度过低,当低于8℃/min时,造成TGAFTIR联用时低含量成分信息丢失影响分析结果.这对掌握煤的燃烧与热解特性,为煤的有效利用提供依据.
The thermogravimentric (TG) analysis of different samples of coal were carried out by TGA conditioned with FTIR under different heating rates and sample dosages during the coal combustion and the volatiles were evaluated by FTIR on real time. The results show that: the heating rate has the effects on TGA and the time in which the volatiles are released; the total mass loss of the coal will increase as the heating time increases, for the coal from Huainan mine, the maximum mass loss raises from 7.57?%/min to 24.55?%/min when its heating rate increases from 8?℃/min to 50?℃/min; when the heating rate is too low down to 8?℃/min, the loss of the information concerned with low content.
