摘要
对上海市科技投入和产出绩效的现状、问题进行分析,提出了进一步提高科技投入和产出绩效的对策建议,为推进上海科教兴市战略提供科学依据。
The authors analyze the existing performance and problems of scientific and technological input output of Shanghai, and some suggestions are proposed for the purpose ot enhancing the urban comprehensive competitiveness by means of science and technology.
