测试体位对髋关节功能运动等速测力结果的影响分析 被引量:6

摘要 本实验应用kin-Com等速装置,通过对不同卧位、头的不同位置、关节不同功能位及手的摆放等形式以探讨测试体位的改变对等速力矩值的影响。36名男性成年人参加了本实验,并随机分为2组,在60°/sec角速度下进行了仰卧位、俯卧位髋伸;头正中位、同侧转动、对侧转动时髋屈、髋伸;髋屈90°、膝屈90°坐位、髋零位、膝屈90°仰卧位髋内、外旋及手抓测试平台两侧、手不抓测试平台两侧时髋屈90°、膝屈90°坐位髋外旋。结果表明:俯卧位髋伸主要由于该体位时髋伸肌处于较佳的长度而使力矩值显著地大于仰卧位髋伸力矩值。头部的转动造成机体紧张性反射而使髋屈力量大小依次为头转向对侧、头正中位、头转向同侧,髋伸力量大小依次为头转向同侧、头正中位、头转向对侧,但相互之间无显著性差异存在。髋屈90°、膝屈90°坐位时,髋内、外旋力量均比髋零位、膝屈90°仰卧位时要大,其中能内旋力量在两种体位下尚存有显著性差异,造成这一现象的主要原因为解剖方面的因素。手抓测试平台两边与否不致于产生髋外旋力量显著性的差异,其在稳定躯干、骨盆、大腿,使运动轴心相对恒定上有意义。离心收缩力量在测试体位改变时与向心收缩力量有相类似的表现。上述结果有益于等速测试和训? The purpose of this investigation was to examine the effect of different testing position on concentric and eccentric isokinetic strength of the hip functional motions.36 normal adults were tested-for the hip functional motions on a Kin-Com dynamometer at 60°/sec,The results showed that:1) Hip extensor torque generated from the prone was significantly greater than supine position,2)Greater hip flexion torque was produced with the subject's head turned away the test limb than when the head was positioned in midline or turned toward. Greater hip extensor was produced with the subject's head toward the test limb than when the head was positioned in midline or turned away,But head position has not been shown to have a significant effect on hip flexion and extensor force output.3)Higher hip internal rotation and external rotation torques were obtained using a seated position with the hip and knee flexed than a supine position with the knee flexed. Hip internal rotation torques were signi ficantly dependent on testing position.4)No statisitically significant difftrence was observed between the hip external rotation torques produced When grasping the test table and when no grasping the test table.5)The influence of testing positions upon eccentric strength has been similar to that upon concentric strength.
