摘要
目的探究磁共振水脂分离技术(Dixon-VIBE)及磁共振单体素波谱技术(magnetic resonance spectroscopy,MRS)对多裂肌脂肪分数的评估作用及其与腰背肌等速力量检测结果的拟合程度。方法选择2020-2021年于陆军军医大学第一附属医院门诊公开招募的38例中老年受试者作为研究对象,受试者均行磁共振Dixon-VIBE、MRS序列扫描及腰背肌等速肌肉功能评估,等速肌肉功能测试参数包括峰力矩(peak torque,PT)、屈伸比(flexion/extension,F/E)和耐力比(endurance ratio,ER),比较两个序列多裂肌脂肪分数(fat fraction,FF)及不同加权计算方法与腰背肌等速肌肉功能评估结果的拟合程度。结果Dixon-VIBE序列中多裂肌FF与F/E呈正相关(r=0.350,P<0.05),经身高、体质量、体质量指数(BMI)加权修正后与F/E呈正相关(r=0.371、0.382、0.338,P<0.05);Dixon-VIBE及MRS序列中多裂肌FF(含修正后)与PT、ER未发现明显的相关性,MRS序列中多裂肌FF(含修正后)与F/E相关性不明显。结论磁共振Dixon-VIBE序列中多裂肌FF与腰背肌等速肌肉功能评估的F/E具有相关性,经体质量加权计算后可进一步提升相关程度。
Objective To explore the evaluation effectiveness of MRI Dixon-VIBE and magnetic resonance spectroscopy(MRS)on the fat fraction of multifidus muscle,and to investigate its fitting degree to isokinetic strength detection of lumbodorsal muscles.Methods A total of 38 middle-aged and elderly subjects were publicly recruited from the outpatient department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Army Medical University between 2020 and 2021.All the subjects underwent MRI Dixon-VIBE sequence and MRS sequence scanning,and received isokinetic muscle function evaluation of lumbar and dorsal muscles,whose parameters included peak torque(PT),flexion/extension(F/E)and endurance ratio(ER).The fat fraction(FF)of multifidus muscle measured by the 2 sequences was compared,and the fitting degree between the multifidus FF and the isokinetic muscle function of lumbodorsal muscles was analyzed after weighted correction.Results In Dixon-VIBE sequence,there was a positive correlation between multifidus FF and F/E(r=0.350,P<0.05),and after weighted correction of height,weight and body mass index(BMI),FF was still positively correlated with F/E(r=0.371,0.382,0.338,P<0.05).While in MRS sequences,no significant correlation was observed between multifidus FF(including corrected)and F/E.In addition,there was no notable correlation of multifidus FF(including corrected)with PT and ER in both Dixon-VIBE and MRS sequences.Conclusion The multifidus FF measured by Dixon-VIBE sequence is correlated with the F/E of isokinetic muscle function of lumbodorsal muscles,and the correlation is further improved after weighted calculation by body weight.
