一侧肢体等动力量训练对异侧肢体力量的影响 被引量:2

The Effects of Training with Unilateral Isokinetie Exercise on Contralateral Strength

摘要 通过对大学生长时间一侧肢体等动力量训练后,测定该侧和对侧肢体的力量变化,探索一侧肢体运动后对对侧肢体影响的生理效应。为以单侧肢体运动为主的运动项目产生的身体效应,单侧肢体损伤后的康复训练方案的确定以及力量迁移现象的证实提供实验依据。 The purposes of this study were to (1)determine the rule of strength changing in two legs of college students with unilateral limbs trained for a long time. (2)to explore the physiological effect of unilateral concentric isokinetic training on strength of the contralateral limbs. (3) to provide the experiment basis for the health effect emerging in sports events of relying mainly on the fact that unilateral limbs moves.the confirmation that the recovery after unilateral limbs damaged and the sureness of the phenomenonand of the strength cross-education. Method: 30 healthy young university students with quadriceps of unilateral thigh to perform the slow speed(60°/s) for two months, using the Kiniteck Isokinetic dynamometer . Then we observes the strength change of contralateral.limbs. Result: Every function index of muscular strength of the trained leg and not trained (PT.PP.AT.AP) increase notably. Conclusion:Unilateral isokinetic training produces modest increases in contralateral strength. This phenomenon provide the experiment basis for strength cross-education.
