摘要
齿轮的齿形从渐开线形成原理可分为:z≤41,41>z≤130,z>130等三部分齿形。z≤41齿形设计比较复杂,小齿数的齿轮铣削加工又有根切。在虚拟设计齿形时,需预先、并行、敏捷、综合地考虑加工方法,齿形曲线光滑连接,齿轮的根切,齿轮强度和齿轮寿命等对齿轮工作性能的影响。虚拟制造的齿形设计的建模,优化,仿真等核心技术可优化协调这些影响,虚拟齿形设计是设计齿轮加工软件的前提和基础。
The tooth profile of gear can be sorted the three part of z ≤ 41, 41〉 z≤ 130, z〉 130 from the principle of involute - forming. The part of z ≤ 41 is comparatively complex, and it has the cutting tooth profile which is of the fewness tooth in processing by milling machine. Effects of processing method, Slick joint of curves of profile, cutting root, intensity and lifetime, etc versus the working performance of it are considered in advance, concurrently and agilely. Modeling, optimizing, simulation of design of tooth profile of virtual manufacturing assort with the effects in optimization. It is a preconditon and base of design of process software of gear.
