摘要
通过对渐开线齿轮与摆线齿轮的齿形进行对比分析 ,提出一种新的摆线齿轮齿形设计方案 :将摆线齿轮左、右齿面的设计齿形取为理论摆线齿形 ,同时使摆线齿轮具有所需的齿厚减薄量。认为采用该方案可提高摆线针轮传动的承载能力和运动精度。
Through comparing and analyzing the profile of involute gear with cycloidal gear, a new design scheme of cycloidal gear profile is put forward, in which the profiles both of the right and left face of the gear are designed as the theoretical cycloid curve. At the meantime the appropriate decrease of the tooth thickness must be given. It is considered that the bearing capacity and kinematic accuracy of the cycloidal gear transmission can be improved by this scheme. The methods to obtain the profile by technology of forming cutting and generating cutting are also presented.
