摘要
采用有限元法结合数学规划法对重型专用车车架进行了轻量化结构优化设计。该优化模型以车架的总重量最小为优化目标,以纵梁各段的板厚为优化设计变量,而以车架的强度值作为优化状态变量进行优化,并对优化后的模型进行刚度校核,最终得到的车架结构在满足强度和刚度要求的前提下,与原结构相比重量减轻约13%,取得了较好的轻量化效果。
This paper summarized structure optimum design based lightweight on special heavy vehicle frame by FEM and mathematics optimization method. The optimum design used minimum frame mass as opti mization object, shell thickness of longitudinal beam as design variable, frame strength as state variable to op timize. Model stiffness was checked out after optimization. The final optimization with satisfying the need of the strength and stiffness reduced 13% weight compared with origin.
