摘要
采用碳/环氧纤维增强复合材料对某国产重型专用车车架进行了轻量化设计和有限元分析,在保证强度和刚度不降低的前提下,复合材料车架比原钢制车架重量减轻73% ,取得了较好的效果,为我国重型专用车主要承载件采用新材料进行轻量化设计与研究提供了良好的参考。
Weight-lightening design by carbon fiber reinforced polymer and analysis by using finite element method were given in the paper for the frame of the heavy special truck. Research showed that the composite frame was lighter than the steel one by 73% and it is a helpful research of new materials application in domestic heavy special trucks.
