调肝理脾方药血清对大鼠离体肝星状细胞相关凋亡基因产物的影响 被引量：5

摘要 目的:探讨中药复方调肝理脾方诱导大鼠肝星状细胞凋亡的环节及作用。方法:培养大鼠肝星状细胞,给予乙醛的干预,免疫细胞化学和图象半定量分析的方法测定各肝星状阳性细胞的平均灰度值。结果:中剂量和高剂量组方药血清可以通过减少Bcl-2和FasL的表达与增加p53和Fas的表达,促进活化的肝星状细胞凋亡(P<0.01,P<0.05),并且其诱导凋亡作用中Bcl-2的表达是高度敏感的。结论:调肝理脾方药血清可以通过减少Bcl-2和FasL的表达与增加p53和Fas的表达的环节干预大鼠肝星状细胞凋亡。
