摘要
作者通过抽取15例临床应用异种(猪)骨基质明胶pBMG病人的抗血清,在pBMG石蜡切片上进行免疫组化酶染色,来了解和定位pBMG的抗原性,从而推测病人体内是否产生了特异性抗体。实验结果表明,pBMG内没有棕红色阳性染色区,其染色情况与阴性对照组完全一致,这说明pBMG经过特殊的制备后,已没有可以检测出的抗原性,而病人体内也没有发现相应的特异性抗体产生。
Accordingtoreportsintheliterature,porcinebonematrixgelatinpBMGhadbeenusedclinicalyforthetreatmentofbonedefectsandnonunionoffractures.However,afterspecialtreatmentofporcinebonematrixgelatinpBMG,istherestilanyantigenicitypresent?Furthermore,isthereanyproductionofantibodyinthepatient'sbodyreceivingtheagent?Thisstudywascarriedouttoanswertheabovequestions.Theserumof15patientswithimplantationofporcinebonematrixgelatinpBMGwasstudiedbyimmuno-histochemicalmethodsontheslidesofpBMG.Thesespecimenswereobtainedduringreoperationbecauseofrefracture.SpecimensofpBMGnotimplantedintothehumanbodyweremadeintoslidesof5μmthicknessandusedascontrols.Theresultsshowedthat,therewasnotanypos-itivestainedreddishzonesintheslidesofpBMGeitherintheimplantedspecimensorinthecontrols.Therewasnodiferencebetweentheexperimentalandthecontrolgroups.ItwassuggestedthatafterspecialtreatmentnoantigenexistedinpBMGandnoantibodywasproducedinpBMGreceivingpa-tients.
