摘要
作者采用特定的生物化学方法,在保留猪骨形态发生蛋白(BMP)的同时,去除其抗原性成份,制成低抗原猪骨基质明胶(pBMG)。介绍了pBMG的应用方法和治疗各类骨折和腔洞性骨缺损的经验。认为该材料具有促进骨折愈合和替代自身植骨的作用。
With special biochemical methods, low—antigenic porcine bone matrix gelatin (PBMG) containing bone morphogenetic protein (BMP) and from which antigenic components were extracted was prepared. The article introduces the applied method and some experiences in treating fractures and bone defects with it. We believe that PBMG could improve fracture healing and replace autograft.
