生活质量是一个多维的概念,包括躯体的、心理的、社会的以及很多主观层面的内容。生活质量量表的种类较多,临床可根据需要选择合适的量表,评估癌症患者的生活质量,以协助选择合适的治疗方案,并评价疗效及预后。
Quality of life （QOL） is a multidimentional concept, including physical, psychological, social and many subjective contents. There are a lot of kinds of QOL questionnaires. Adequate questionnaire should be selected to evaluate the patients＇QOL according to the clinical need. This can help not only for proper regimen selection, but also for efficacy and prognosis evaluation.
