摘要
采用问卷调查法对河南省53所特殊教育学校体育教师的数量、专业来源、培训情况、学历结构、职称结构等方面进行了调查与分析。结果表明:河南省特殊教育学校体育教师数量适中,基本能满足体育教学的需要;体育教师队伍专业化程度不高,接受过相关培训的教师数量偏少,且主要以短期培训为主;体育教师特殊教育经验已有一定积累,但是学历达标率偏低,知识结构不全面;体育教师队伍比较年轻化,中级职称的体育教师是体育教学的主导力量。
By using the method of questionnaire, the Physical Education teachers from 53 special education school in Henan have been investigated about their number, professional source, training situation, education and title structure. The result shows that total number of special physical teacher is moderate and can meet demands of physical education teaching basically. The specialization degree of physical teaching staff is not high and the quantity of teachers for accepting the relevant training are few, also by short - term training primarily. Special physical education teacher has accumulated certain experiences, but the teachers' background of education are below, and the knowledge structure is narrow. The physical education teaching staff is more younger. The leading strength of physical education teaching depend on those teachers with the intermediate professional tide.
