摘要
通过对全省中等专业学校体育师资队伍在思想认识、年龄结构、职称结构和学历结构等状况进行调查分析 ,提出了加强中专学校体育师资队伍建设的基本思路 ,促进浙江省中专学校师资队伍整体水平的提高 ,以更好地适应目前中专学校改革和发展的需要。
Taking an organizational approach,the present thesis based on questionnaire explores the structures of the fixed number of working years,the title of a professional post,and the education levels of PE teahers in Zhejiang technical secondary school,and gives some advice for the constructing the team of PE teahers in Zhejiang technical sceondary school.
