摘要
根据磷酸中亚硝酸根对溶解O2氧化I-生成I-3的反应具有明显催化作用,I-3与结晶紫结合使共振光散射(RLS)增强,建立了测定痕量NO-2的催化共振光散射法.考察了体系RLS强度的影响因素,优化了反应条件.最大RLS峰位于690.6 nm波长处,NO-2的浓度在2.20~340 μg/L 范围内与RLS强度增强值呈良好的线性关系,方法检出限为0.68 μg/L.用于环境水样中NO-2测定,与文献方法对照结果满意.
Based on the ability of catalysis of the trace nitrite to the redox reaction of I^- into I3^- with dissolution O2 in phosphoric acid medium and the enhance of RLS intensity of crystal violet by combining with I3^-, a new catalytic resonance light scattering (RLS) method for the determination of trace nitrite was developed. The affecting factors of intensity of RLS and the optimum conditions of the reaction systems were investigated. The maximum RLS peak was located at 690.6 nm. The detection limit and the linear range for NO2^- were 0. 68μg/L and 2.20 -340 μg/L,respectively. It can be operated conveniefly at ambient temperature. Satisfactory results were achieved in comparing ripe method in employing this method into the determination of NO2^- in environmental water samples. The recovery of environmental water was 96.5% - 104.0% and the RSD was less than 4.0%. A pilot study on the mechanism of reaction was given.
