摘要 该文通过分析医院临床业务科室科主任的地位作用,运用现代企业中人力资源先进的绩效管理理念和管理模式,就如何建立符合上海综合性医院需要的新型的临床业务科主任绩效管理评价体系作了初步研究和探讨。
