摘要
在生物进化理论和演化经济学的基础上,对企业进化的概念、企业进化中的基因进行了定性论述。然后构建了一个基于进化博弈论的企业进化博弈模型,对企业进化的过程和机制进行了定量模拟分析。最后,论述了企业进化的必然性。
On the base of biological evolutionary theory, this article discusses the concept of evolution of the firm, and the genes in the firm's evolution, then make up a model based on the evolutionary game theory and analysises the evolutionary mechanism and process of the firm. At last, this paper points out the inevitability of the firm's evolution.
