肝康片对慢性肝炎患者细胞因子调节作用的临床研究 被引量：1

Clinical Study on Regulation Effect of Gankang Tablet on Cellular Factors in Patients with Chronic Hepatitis

摘要 目的:观察肝康片对慢性肝炎细胞因子的调节作用。方法:治疗组58例,服用肝康片;对照组55例,服用齐墩果酸片。疗程均为3个月,观察两组患者血清肝炎病毒及细胞因子白细胞介素-6(IL-6),白细胞介素-8(IL-8)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)的水平。结果:肝康片组总有效率为74.14%,与对照组的52.73%比较,有显著性意义(P<0.05)。同时对慢性肝炎炎症损伤所导致的细胞因子水平升高,肝康片有明显的调节作用(P<0.01)。结论:肝康片治疗慢性肝炎的机理可能与其对细胞因子的调节有关。
