摘要
目的:观察扶正愈肝方对慢性乙型肝炎患者免疫功能的影响。方法:随机将60例慢性乙型肝炎患者分为治疗组30例(服扶正愈肝方)和对照组30例(服左旋咪唑加齐墩果酸片)进行对照观察。结果:扶正愈肝方能够升高CD4+、NK细胞,提高CD4+/CD8+的比值,降低CD8+及IgG、IgM、IgA。对CD3+、CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+及IgA的调整作用优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:扶正愈肝方具有良好的调整细胞免疫功能和体液免疫功能的作用。
Objective: To observe the influence of Fuzheng Yugan Fang (FYF) on the immunologic function of patients with chronic hepatitis B (CHB). Methods: 60 cases of CHB were allocated randomly to treatment group (30 cases treated by FYF) and control group (30 cases by levamisole and oleanolic acid tablets). Results: FYF can increase the CD4+ and NK cells, increase the ratio of CD4+ / CD8+, decrease CD8+, IgG, IgM and IgA. The regulation of CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+ and IgA is more superior in the treatment group than in the control group ( P < 0. 05 , P < 0. 01) . Conclusion: FYF possesses a good effect for regulating cellular and humoral immunologic function.
