摘要
采用气-质联用仪、流式细胞仪、MTT法和台盼蓝法对猫儿眼植物酸组分及其抗肿瘤活性进行实验研究.结果为,分别给予SGC-7901细胞猫儿眼植物酸10.0μg/mL、1.0μg/mL和0.1μg/mL48h后测定,对肿瘤细胞的抑制率分别为73.5%、52.9%和26.5%,半数抑制浓度(IC50)为0.909μg/mL;对细胞增殖抑制率分别为70.8%、58.7%和30.9%,IC50为0.552μg/mL;凋亡率分别为26.8%、22.6%和12.4%.
The components of Maoeryan vegetable acid and their antitumor activities for human tumor cells in vitro were determined by chromatographymass spectrometry (GG-MS), methods of methyl thiazoly tetrazolium (MTT) and trypan-blue. The results showed that the quantities of Maoeryan vegetable acid at a dose of 10.0 μg/mL?10 μg/mL and 0.1 μg/mL respectively were given to human tumor cells for 48 h, and the inhibitory rates for human SGC-7901 cells were by 73.5%, 52.9% and 265%, respectively and 50% inhibiting concentration (IC-{50}) was 0.909 μg/mL. The cellular growth inhibitory rates were by 70.8%, 58.7% and 30.9%, respectively and IC-{50} was 0.522 μg/mL. The apoptosis rates were by 26.8%, 22.6% and 12.4%, respectively.
