摘要
采用水热法制备了不同组成的BaxSr1-xTiO3(BST)超细粉体.利用DTA/TGA、XRD、TEM等技术分析了水热反应转变机理和BST相结构转变及微观形貌情况.研究了制备纳米BST粉体的各种影响因素.结果表明:获得的BST粉体颗粒度较细,钙钛矿结构通过络合物中间相和TiO2扩散形成,粒径为20~40 nm,其最佳的工艺参数为温度在190~240℃,r(Ba/Ti)=3、r(Sr/Ti)=1/4或者r(Ba/Ti)=1/3、r(Sr/Ti)=4/5,KOH浓度为1.5~2 mol/L.
Different composition of BaxSr1– TiO3 was prepared by Hydrothermal method. The mechanism of x hydrothermal reaction and the transformation of the precursor were discused by DTA/TGA、XRD、TEM. The influencing factors of process and microstructure of BST were investigated. The result is: the fabricated powders have a low granularity, perofskite is caused by diffusion of interphase and TiO2. The gained grain size ranges from 20 to 40 nm, the best processing parameter is:temperature ranges from 190℃ to 240℃ Ba/Ti=3、Sr/Ti=1/4 or Ba/Ti=1/3、Sr/Ti=4/5, KOH=1.5~2 mol/L.
