固相微波法制备Pd/La_(0.5)Pb_(0.5)MnO_3催化剂及其催化性能 被引量:1

Prepartion of Pd/La_(0.5)Pb_(0.5)MnO_3 catalysts by microwave solid-state method and their catalytic properties

摘要 以MnCO_3、PbCO_3和La_2O_3为原料,利用固相微波法制备La_(0.5)Pb_(0.5)MnO_3钙钛矿型复合氧化物载体,并用XRD、SEM以及WJL激光粒度仪进行表征。通过沉淀法得到负载型钯催化剂,以氧化羰基化合成碳酸二苯酯为评价对象,考察不同载体制备工艺对催化性能的影响。实验结果表明,载体最佳制备条件是微波烧结功率450 W和烧结时间5 min,产品碳酸二苯酯收率达7.5%。 The perovskitetype compound oxides supports La0.5Pb0.5MnO3 were prepared using MnCO3,PbCO3 and La2O3 as the raw materials by microwave solidstate method and characterized by XRD,SEM and WJL laser particle size instrument.Supported palladium catalyst was prepared by precipitation method and was used in the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate.The influence of preparation processes of different carriers on the catalytic properties was investigated.The results showed that the catalyst exhibited better catalytic activity under the optimal preparation condition of microwave power 450 W and radiation time 5 min,and the yield of diphenyl carbonate reached 7.5%.
