Study on Ultra-fine (Ba_(0.79)Sr_(0.21))TiO_3 Powder Prepared by Pechini Method and Its Ceramics

摘要 采用Pechini法制备了约100nm的(Ba0.79Sr0.21)TiO3超细粉体,并在其中掺杂超细Bi4Ti3O12粉体制备了BST混合粉体。并用其制备了平均粒径为0.5μm、εr为1740和tanδ为0.0038的BST陶瓷。研究了热处理温度和分散剂的量对粉体性能的影响,烧结温度对BST陶瓷介电性能和显微结构的影响。得到了较优的工艺参数,即热处理温度800℃、分散剂的量2.25mL和烧结温度1150℃。 Ultra-fine BST powders with 100 nm in particle size were prepared by Pechini method. BST mixed-powders were prepared by ultra-fine BST doped with ultra-fine Bi4Ti3Oi2 powders. BST ceramics which the average grain size was 0.5 μm, dielectric constant was 1 740 and dielectric loss was 0.003 8 were prepared by means of BST mixed-powders. The influence of calcining temperature and ethylene alcohol volume on the properties of BST powders and sintering temperature on dielectric properties and microstructure of BST ceramics were also investigated. The heat-treating temperature of 800 ℃, ethylene alcohol volume of 2.25 mL and sintering temperature of 1 150 ℃ are identified to be better technical parameters.
