摘要
本文介绍了华南理工大学针对国内芳纶纸研制中长期存在的问题 ,联合国内有关技术领域的科研力量重点突破与工程化相关的技术问题所作的研究工作 ;与东华大学合作解决芳纶浆粕的质量控制与产业化技术问题 ,克服以往浆粕产品中存在的比表面积不足 ,浆粕纠结严重等缺点 ,研制出适合纸页制作的高质量芳纶浆粕 ;采用特殊的分散技术与纸页成型工艺及设备 ,提高成纸的匀度 ,解决以往芳纶纸制备中存在的纸页匀度差、强度低 ,并且性能不够稳定等问题 ,目前研制的芳纶纸产品性能已接近杜邦同类产品性能标准。
We cooperated with other research groups such as Donghua University to solve the problems of aramid paper′s production. The research work was introduced in this paper. The technology of fibrids′ production and quality control were studied.The problems of the formation of lumps and small surface area should be overcome. The unique technology and equipment of dispersion and formation were adopted to improve the uniformity and strength of aramid paper. The quality of the prepared aramid paper is near to that of Dopont′s product.
