摘要
芳纶纤维的聚集态结构及耐热性是影响芳纶纸综合性能指标的重要因素,本文用傅里叶红外测试仪(FT-IR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)及热重分析仪(TG)对对位芳纶纤维的结构及热性能进行了分析,从理论上揭示了纤维结构、性能与成纸的相关性,为我国芳纶材料结构性能的研究及芳纶制品的开发提供思路。
The state of aggregation structure and thermal stability of aramid fiber are the key factors which can affect the comprehensive properties. The Fourier infrared instrument (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD) as well as the instrument which combined the thermogravimetric analysis instrument (TG) were applied to study the structure and thermal properties of PPTA fiber. This can reveal the fiber structure, the correlation between performance and paper theoretically, and provide ideas for the research on the structure properties and development of products.
