摘要
随着社会政治经济的发展,非正式组织日益影响着社会生产和人们的生活,单一的组织内部的活动,已经远远满足不了人们的心理需要,非组织现象变得越来越普遍,并对组织活动给予越来越大的影响。管理者面临着形形色色的非正式组织,对其加强管理已经变得非常必要和迫切,这对社会的稳定和发展将起到重要的作用。本文就是从这一社会现实出发对非正式组织的特点、产生的具体原因、非正式组织的优缺点进行理论上的阐述和概括,并进而提出和探讨了面对非正式组织,管理者应采取怎样措施,以期使之与组织目标相一致。
With the development of economics,Unofficial organizations play a more and more important role in people's life.Organizers are feeing the problem of streng thening the management to them.So it is very ungent to adapt correct policies to make them coorperate with official organizations.
