摘要
教师实际承担的社会责任是随着社会的发展而变化着的。在教师社会责任日益变得广泛和复杂的今天,我国西部农村地区教师社会责任的功能性扩展尤其引人瞩目。这一问题不仅涉及教育,而且涉及法律和社会文化等很多方面。加强相关立法,建立结构完善合理的高素质教师队伍,因地制宜地探索多种办学模式,动员社会力量协同动作,才能解决好教师社会责任功能性扩展所带来的一系列问题,保障教师能够集中精力做好教育工作,促进西部农村教育事业的发展,西部的开发和振兴才有希望。
The social duties born by teachers are actually changing along with the progress of the society. While teachers' social duties are becoming more extensive and complicated, the functional extension of rural teachers' social responsibilities in West China is especially noticeable. This issue not only involves education, but also relates to many other aspects such as laws, social culture, ctc. To solve series of problems caused by the functional extension of teachers' social duties, it is necessary to strengthen the legislation, construct a rationally structured contingent of competent teachers, explore different ways of school running and mobilize the whole society to cooperate with each other. A good job in solving said problems can guarantee teachers to concentrate their efforts on education and on promotion to the development of educational cause in West China. Only by doing so, the development and vitalization of West China would be hopefully realized.
