摘要
用9周-足月的胎儿662例,观察了耳廓、指(趾)甲、胎毛、头发、眉毛、睫毛等表皮衍生物的胎龄变化情况.认为耳廓的硬度和耳廓形态的变化为一较好的评估胎龄体徵之一.
In this paper,662 fetuses aging from 9 to 38 weeks were collected.The gestational changes on their auricles and some epidermal derivations such as fingernails,toenails,Laungo hairs,eyebrows and eyelashes were observed under the magnifier and with the naked eyes.The results were anslysed and compared with the data supplied by some other authers.We believe that changes on auricle hardness and ear form are more effective somatic signs for aassessment of gestational age.The results showed that the period of appearence of fingernails and toenails,the period when fingernails reached finger tips and the period when toenails reached toe tips were all earlier than that presented in the data from abroad.There were some discrepancies on the periods of appearence of hairs which might be the result from the differences in creterian of the observation and measurement.Therefore it is necessary to seek unity of creterian further.
