摘要
应用常规石蜡包埋,HE染色观察Balb/c小鼠耳廓组织结构。结果显示,小鼠耳廓包括以下组织结构:①表皮由复层扁平上皮组成;②真皮有大量弹性纤维,细胞成分较少,还可见皮脂腺;③弹性软骨呈现连续片状分布,在贴近软骨纤维膜的位置并行不连续的纵肌;④软骨细胞呈现单层或双层排列,由较粗的弹性纤维包裹。以上观察结果表明Balb/c小鼠耳廓组织结构具有自身的特征。
To study the histological structure of the auricle of Balb/c mouse,routine paraffin section and HE staining were applied on the auricle fixed by 10% neutral formalin.Results showed that the cutex is made up of stratified squamous epithelium.The dermis is composed of abundan elastic fibers and few cell component.Generous sebaceous glands exist regularly in the dermis.The elastic cartilages distribute in continuous and lamellar pattern,and are coupled with disconnected longitudinal muscle.The chondrocytes are arranged in monolayer or double-layer mode and encapsulated by gross elastic fibers.There are some own features shown in the histologic structure of the auricle in Balb/c mouse.
