摘要
目的 :建立复方黄芪颗粒 (黄芪、五味子、川牛膝等 )的质量标准。方法 :用TLC法对颗粒剂中的五味子、川牛膝进行定性鉴别 ;用薄层扫描法测定制剂中黄芪甲苷的含量。结果 :在TLC色谱中能检出五味子、川牛膝 ;黄芪甲苷在 1 .0 0μg~ 6 .0 0 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .9992 (n =6 ) ;平均回收率为 99.1 9%,RSD =0 .6 3%(n =6 )。 结论 :所建方法简便、准确、专属性强 ,可用于复方黄芪颗粒的质量控制。
AIM: To establish the quality standard for Huangqi Fufang Granules(Radix Astragali, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Radix Cyathulae, etc.). METHODS: Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Radix Cyathulae were identified by TLC, and the content of astragaloside Ⅳ was determined by TLC scanning. RESULTS: Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, Radix Cyathulae could be identified by TLC. Astragaloside Ⅳ showed a good linear relationship at a range of 1.0μg~6.0μg, r =0.9992. The average recovery was 99.19%, and RSD was 0.63%. CONCLUSION: The methods are simple, accurate and specific, and can be used for the quality control of Huangqi Fufang Granules.
