摘要
采用硅胶板 ,双波长 ,锯齿式扫描测定样品中黄芪甲甙的含量。改进了点样前样品的处理工艺 ,该工艺结合薄层扫描法 ,使黄芪甲甙的测定简便 ,准确可靠 ,有效成分损失小 。
A method for content determination of astragaloside in Xiaoshuankeliji was developed by CS-910 dual wave TLC scanner.This method is simple, sensitive and reporducible.The recovery is high and the loss of composition is little.It is good method for quality control of Xiaoshuankeliji.
