摘要
分析了宁夏南部山区退耕还林还草工程的实施状况及其生态、经济效应 ,并相应提出来了问题和建议。指出今后宁南山区在实施退耕还林还草工程中应进一步扩大规模 ,兼顾生态和经济效应 。
According to the analysis of the situation of returning grain plots to forestry(grass)in the southern region of Ningxia and its ecological and economic effect,some problems and suggestions are proposed accordingly .Meanwhile,it points out that in the development of project we should enlarge the scale in the future,through the rehabilitation of eco-environment to achieve the sustainable development in the southern region in Ningxia.
