摘要
立足宁夏特殊的自然、经济和社会条件,客观地回顾了近几十年宁夏森林业走过的道路,确定了宁夏山、沙、川三种自然类型的森林可持续性经营思路及今后在政策、法规上可实施的措施。
Based on the special natural, economic and social conditions of Ningxia, an objective revview was made on the road covered by the forest industry of Ningxia during latest several decades. A sustainable management approach was established for the forests under 3 different types of natural conditions including mountainous area, river valley and plain. Some practical policy and legislation measures are put forward.
