摘要
本文对中印关系的各个方面进行了解构,并对影响中印关系现状与未来的主要参数进行了定性与排序。认为中印关系保持基本稳定的现状主要是双方回避结构性矛盾,寄希望于未来力量对比对本方更加有利时再加以解决的心态造成的,双边关系并没有建立长期稳定的共识基础,存在较大的不确定风险。文章还提出,基于需求的不对称特性,中印关系中实力较弱的一方印度反而处于更加主动和有利的态势,而中国所要处理的则是如何妥善应对次要战略方向挑战的问题。
This paper deconstructs some aspects of Sino- Indian relations and analysis and sequence the main parameters in Sino- Indian relations. The current stable bilateral relations between China and India is established as the both parties has been trying to avoid the structural conflicts and hoping that the power structure will be favorable for himself in future; the bilateral relations does not have stable cognitive consensus and is high variable.Because of asymmetric needs of China and India towards each other,the weaker part in terms of power,India,is in a better situation in Sino- Indian relations,while China needs to handle the challenges posed by India.
