摘要
研究激励协同的过程并对其进行有效控制,对知识联盟的发展具有重要的理论和实践意义。将连续体理论应用到激励协同的过程研究中,通过研究显性激励和隐性激励的互动过程描述了激励协同连续体的内涵;详细阐述了激励协同连续体的产生基础,即激励势差的形成和作用方式;分析了激励协同内生机制,即知识主体竞争合作的产生和影响作用;构建了激励协同模式,即激励连续带,阐明了激励协同的发展过程;构建了一个理论分析框架,有利于揭示激励协同的本质和掌握知识联盟的运行发展规律。
It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the process of incentive synergy and have effective control over it in knowledge alliances.Applying the continuum theory to the process of incentive synergy,this paper describes the connotations of incentive synergy continuum by exploring the interaction between the explicit incentives and the implicit ones.It then elaborates on the basis of the formation of incentive synergy continuum,namely the forming and functioning model of incentive potential difference,analyzes the endogenous mechanisms of incentive synergy,namely the emergence and effect of knowledge agents' competition and cooperation,and constructs the model of incentive synergy continuum so as to expound the development process of incentive synergy.Finally,this paper formulates a theoretical framework by which to help reveal the nature of incentive synergy and the laws of knowledge alliances' operation and development.
