摘要
目的建立7种中药材中反式阿魏酸和顺式阿魏酸含量测定方法并进行比较。方法C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.3%醋酸(20∶80)为流动相,检测波长为320nm。结果阿魏酸的线性范围为0.0285~0.513μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.17%,RSD为0.73%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便准确,重复性好,可以快速测定中药材中阿魏酸的含量。
Objective To develop HPLC method for determination of trans-ferulic acid and cis-ferulic acid in 7 medicinal materials .Methods Analysis was carried out on a C18 (4.6mm×250mm,5μm)column eluled with acetonitrile-0.3 % acetic acid (20:80) as the mobile phase , the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm. Results The linear relationship of ferulic acid was in the range of 0.028 5~0.513 μg ( r = 0.999 9) ,the recovery was 98.17% ,RSD was 0.73%( n = 6).
