摘要
目的:研究圆叶牵牛的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、HPLC、重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,依据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定结构。结果:从圆叶牵牛全草的乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取物分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:胡萝卜苷(1)、伞花内酯(2)、乌苏酸(3)、顺式对羟基桂皮酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(4)、反式对羟基桂皮酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(5)、顺式阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(6)、反式阿魏酸酰对羟基苯乙胺(7)、(3R,5R,6S,7E,9S)-四甲基环己烯型单萜-5,6-环氧-7-烯-3,9-二醇(8)、(6S,9R)-吐叶醇(9)、(+)-丁香树脂酚(10)、异牡荆苷(11)、丁香苦苷(12)、尿嘧啶(13)、(6S,9R)-roseoside(14)。结论:化合物3、8~12、14为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Pharbitis purpurea.Methods: The constituents were isolated by silica gel column chromatography,HPLC and recrystallization and their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral analysis.Results: Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified as daucosterol(1),umbelliferone(2),ursolic acid(3),N-p-hydroxy-cis-coumaroyltyramine(4),N-p-hydroxy-trans-coumaroyltyramine(5),N-cis-feruloyltyramine(6),N-trans-feruloyltyramine(7),(3R,5R,6S,7E,9S)-megastigman-5,6-epoxy-7-ene-3,9-diol(8),(6S,9R)-vomifoliol(9),(+)-syringaresinol(10),isovitexin(11),syringopicroside(12),uricil(13),(6S,9R)-roseoside(14).Conclusion: Compounds 3,8~12,14 are isolated from the genus for the first time.
