摘要
牛磺酸是一种很重要的食品添加剂和药物试剂。目前,国内生产牛磺酸的工艺存在很多问题,比如:产率太低,分离提纯的纯度不够。本文采用结晶-重结晶法分离提纯,考察了pH值,浓度,结晶时间对结晶过程的影响。
Taurine as a very important food additive and drug reagents.At present,there are many problems in the domestic production process taurine,such as low yield,not enough to high purity of separation.Recrystal ization method is used in the crystal ization of separation and purification in this article.A serise of influence factors of on the crystal ization process,such as pH,crystal ization time,were studied.
