摘要
采用真空蒸馏冷凝法研究粗铟的分离提纯,通过分别控制蒸馏温度及冷凝温度,在蒸馏段脱除粗铟中难挥发杂质元素,而冷凝段使易挥发杂质元素分离,达到提纯金属铟的目的.实验表明:蒸馏温度为1300℃,保温时间40 min,真空压力5~15 Pa,冷凝区温度为830~1030℃时,可以获得纯度为99.99%的精铟,但Sn元素的含量没有达到4 N国家标准.在蒸馏温度和冷凝区温度分别为1188℃和830℃,保温时间240 min,真空压力5~15 Pa条件下,可以获得纯度为99.99%的精铟,且所有杂质元素的含量全部符合4 N铟的国家标准.
In this paper,the separation and purification of crude indium was studied by vacuum distillation-condensation method.In order to separate and purify indium,the non-volatile impurity elements were removed by controlling the distillation temperature,and the volatile elements were separated by controlling the condensation temperature.The results showed that when the distillation temperature was 1300℃,holding time being 40 minutes,vacuum pressure being 5~15 Pa,and the temperature of the first condensation zone being 830~1030℃,99.99%refined indium could be obtained,but the content of Sn did not conform to the national standard of 4 N Indium.When the distillation temperature was 1188℃ and first-order condensation temperature was 830℃,holding time being 240 minutes and vacuum pressure being 5~15 Pa,indium of 99.99%purity could be obtained,and the content of all impurity elements conformed to the national standard of 4 N Indium.
