摘要
目的:研究La、Ce稀土离子掺杂对钴铁氧体磁性能的调控。方法:采用溶胶凝胶法合成CoFe2-x LaxO4和CoFe2-xCexO4,通过改变前驱体中离子的配比改变掺杂量,通过调控烧结温度探究结晶过程。结果:制备了不同掺杂量的样品,发现烧结温度为700 ℃的样品结晶度更高;相比La掺杂样品,Ce离子掺杂有助于提高钴铁氧体结晶度。La、Ce稀土离子掺杂有细化晶粒的作用,且会降低饱和磁化强度以及剩余磁化强度和矫顽力,降低程度与掺杂量成正比。结论: La、Ce稀土离子掺杂能在一定程度上调控钴铁氧体晶粒尺寸和磁性能,从而为改善钴铁氧体的性能的研究提供了重要依据。
Aims: The effect of lanthanum ion and cerium ion doping on the magnetic properties of cobalt ferrite was studied. Methods: CoFe2-x LaxO4 and CoFe2-xCexO4 were synthesized by the sol-gel method. The doping amount was modulated by changing the ratio of ions in the precursor. The crystallization process was investigated by adjusting the sintering temperature. Results: Samples with different doping amounts were prepared. It was found that the sample sinteried at 700 ℃ had a higher crystallinity, and the doping of cerium ions contributed to the improvement of the crystallinity of the cobalt ferrite. The rare earth ion(La,Ce) doping had the effect of refining the crystal grains, reducing the saturation magnetization, residual magnetization and coercivity, which was proportional to the amount of doping. Conclusions: The doping of lanthanum and cerium rare earth ions can regulate the grain size and magnetic properties of cobalt ferrites to a certain extent and can provide an important basis for improving the performance of cobalt ferrites.
