摘要
在2016年两会召开之后,'工匠精神'受到社会各个领域的高度关注与热议.在中国处于'中国制造'向'中国智造'转变、在持续推进经济结构转型升级的关键时期,工匠精神的培育显得尤为迫切.分析当前技术技能人才工匠精神培育中存在的困境,主要有政府支持有待加强、工匠的社会地位有待提高、现代职业教育培育的缺失等;并从政府、社会文化、教育环境等方面找寻应对工匠精神培育困境的对策,以期推动技术技能人才工匠精神的回归.
Since the 2016 NPC and CPPCC,the"craftsman spirit"has attracted great attention and heated discussion in various fields of society.In China,it is in a critical period of transformation from"Made in China"to"intelligent manufacturing in China"and continuous promotion of economic restructuring and upgrading,the cultivation of craftsman spirit is particularly urgent.This paper analyses the predicaments in the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of technical talents at present,such as the inadequate government support,the low social status of craftsmen,the lack of modern vocational education and so on.It also seeks countermeasures from the aspects of government,social culture and educational environment to deal with the predicament of craftsmanship spirit cultivation,so as to promote the return of craftsmanship spirit of technical talents.
