摘要
现代学徒制试点中融入工匠精神培育是目前职业院校育人的重要内容。创新人才培养模式是工匠精神生成与发展的重要载体,促进校企深度融合是工匠精神生成与发展的重要保障,实行双导师育人是工匠精神形成与发展的源动力。个人(家庭)层面要树立学习自信,兴趣与职业结合,培养爱岗敬业和坚持不懈的职业素养;学校应着力于推动课程改革,秉承师徒相授和立德树人的理念开展"匠心"教育;企业要弘扬工匠精神,提高管理质量,培养学徒专门技能和特有技艺;政府要出台相应政策,大力宣传工匠精神,搭建"知行合一"和"道技合一"的平台。
Incorporating the cultivation of craftsman’s spirit in the modern apprenticeship pilot is an important part of the current vocational college education.Innovative talent training mode is an important carrier for the generation and development of craftsman’s spirit.Promoting the deep integration of school and enterprise is an important guarantee for the generation and development of craftsman spirit.The implementation of dual mentor education is the source of power for the formation and development of craftsman’s spirit.At personal(family)level,it is necessary to establish self-confidence in learning,combine interest and career,and cultivate professionalism of dedication and perseverance;School should promote curriculum reform,and carry out"ingenuity"education based on the concept of teaching from teacher to apprentice and fostering morality;Enterprise should promote craftsman’s spirit,improve management quality,and cultivate apprentice skills and unique skills;Government should introduce corresponding policies,vigorously promote the craftsman’s spirit,and build a platform for"integration of knowledge and action"and"integration of Taoism and technology".
