摘要
目的探究延续性护理对结肠癌化疗患者自护能力及治疗依从性的影响。方法选取我院2019年10月至2020年10月收治的结肠癌化疗患者80例为对象,按照随机数表法分为参照组和研究组,各40例。参照组应用常规护理,研究组在参照组基础上实施延续性护理,评估两组自护能力评分和治疗依从性。结果研究组自护能力评分、治疗依从性优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对结肠癌化疗患者实施延续性护理可有效提高患者的自护能力及治疗依从性,护理效果显著,可广泛应用于临床。
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on self-care ability and treatment compliance of colon cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods 80 patients with colon cancer were treated with chemotherapy,among which 40 patients were treated with routine nursing after admission,40 patients were treated with continuous nursing after admission,and 40 patients were treated with study group.Results The score of self-care ability in study group was better than that in control Group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance of the study group was better than that of the control Group(P<0.05).Conclusion The continuous nursing can effectively improve the self-care ability and treatment effectiveness of patients with colon cancer undergoing chemotherapy.The nursing effect is significant and can be widely used in clinic.
