临床护理技术操作带教影响因素及改革分析

Analysis on influencing factors and reform of clinical nursing technique operation instruction

摘要 目的分析临床护理技术操作带教影响因素及改革方法。方法选取自2019年1月-2020年3月的50名护理规培生为研究对象,调查影响临床护理技术操作的影响,再根据教学方法分为对照组与研究组,每组25名,对照组给予常规护理教学,研究组给予临床路径式教学,比较两组护生的各项成绩。结果影响临床护理技术操作带教的因素有带教教师(64.00%)、实习环境(24.00%)、护生(8.00%)。研究组护理规培生的理论考试成绩(93.56±6.17)、技能考核成绩(90.15±5.76)、案例分析(91.14±3.87)、对教学满意度(92.00%)均高于对照组,均有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论临床护理技术操作带教影响因素有实习环境、教师、护生,采用临床路径式教学方法,可提高护理规培生的核心能力及护理规培生对教学的满意度,具有推广应用的价值。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors and reform methods of clinical nursing technology operation and teaching.Methods since January 2019-March 202050 nursing rules Pearson as the research object,research influence the effect of clinical nursing technical operation,according to the teaching method is divided into control group and the group,each group of 25,the control group given routine nursing teaching,team teaching with clinical pathway,comparing two groups of various grades of nursing students.results The influencing factors of clinical nursing technique operation were teachers(64.00%),practice environment(24.00%),nursing students(8.00%).The results of theory test(93.56±6.17),skill test(90.15±5.76),case analysis(91.14±3.87)and teaching satisfaction(92.00%)of nursing plan Pearson in the study group were all higher than those in the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).conclusion The influencing factors of clinical nursing technique operation and teaching include practice environment,teachers and nursing students.The clinical pathway teaching method can improve the core competence of nursing program Pearson and the satisfaction of nursing program Pearson with teaching,which has the value of popularization and application.
