“校企融合”促进大学生创新创业能力培养 被引量:1

摘要 随着新能源行业的快速发展,锂离子电池相关产业处在黄金发展期,需要大量创新人才投身到行业之中,因此,当前高校的新能源材料与器件专业亟需加快学生实践能力的培养。除开设系统的创新实验课程外,大学生实践基地也是培养学生创新创业能力的重要组成部分。文章以五邑大学为例,通过与锂电龙头企业江门科恒共建实践基地,开展校企产教深度协同育人,不仅培养了学生的创新实践能力、利用专业知识解决实际问题的能力、沟通交流能力、解决复杂工程问题等能力,还能让学生将理论知识能与企业实际有效结合,实现高素质应用型人才的培养。 With the rapid development of the new energy industry,lithium-ion battery related industries are in a golden period of development,and a large number of innovative talents are required to participate in the industry.Therefore,at present,the new energy materials and devices majors in colleges and universities need to speed up the training of students'practical ability.In addition to offering systematic innovation experiment courses,college students'practice base is an important part of cultivating students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability.TakingWuyi University as an example,by establishing a practice base with Jiangmen KanHoo,a leading lithium battery enterprise,and carrying out in-depth school-enterprise collaborative education of production and education,this paper not only cultivates students'innovative practical ability,the ability to solve practical problems using professional knowledge,the ability to communicate,and the ability to solve complex engineering problems,but also enables students to effectively combine theoretical knowledge with enterprise practice to achieve the cultivation of high-quality application-oriented talents.
