摘要
中美双边贸易在近年来发展迅速,中国成为美国最主要的贸易逆差来源国。特朗普执政以来,贸易保护主义抬头,以"301调查"为借口挑起了中美贸易摩擦。自2018年初至今的一年多时间以来,经过三轮以后,美方已对中国输美的约5500亿美元商品加征关税,综合关税水平超过20%,中国也被迫采取了相应的反制措施。中美贸易摩擦对中国的大豆、汽车、通信及消费电子产品行业带来了一定程度的影响,全球的产业链布局在未来也会更加重视安全性。与特朗普宣称的不同,美国的经济尽管目前数据尚可,但是无论是短期还是中长期都存在较大隐忧。展望未来,中美贸易摩擦的关税战短期内难以解决,须谨防美方的金融制裁可能带来的不利影响。中国要做好长期应对中美贸易摩擦的准备,以自身的发展促进问题的解决。
Bilateral trade between China and the United States has developed rapidly in recent years,and China has become the main source of trade deficit of the United States.Since the Trump government,trade protectionism has risen,and the"301"investigation has provoked trade friction between China and the United States.For more than a year since the beginning of 2018,the United States has imposed tariffs on 550 billion U.S.dollars of goods imported from China after three rounds,with the overall tariff level exceeding 20%.China has to take some corresponding countermeasures.ChinaU.S.trade dispute have exerted a certain influence on China’s soybean,automobile,communications and consumer electronics industries.Global industrial chain layout will also pay more attention to security in the future.Although the current indicators of the U.S.economy are still acceptable,there are major concerns in both the short term and long term,which is different from Trump’s propaganda.Looking forward to the future,the tariff dispute between China and U.S.will not have a quick solution.We must beware of the possible adverse effects of financial sanctions imposed by the United States.China should make good preparations for dealing with Sino-U.S.trade frictions for a long time,and promote the solution of the problems through its own development.China should make good preparations for dealing with China-U.S.trade dispute for a long time.The final solution lies in the future development of China.
