摘要
在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的时代浪潮中,以劳动者、劳动资料、劳动对象及其优化组合的跃升为基本内涵的新质生产力的发展,成为实现中国式现代化的关键。作为新质生产力的具体表现形式,数字生产力在“数据+算力+算法”构筑的数字平台或数字世界中,运用数字技术,充分开发利用数据这一新型生产要素,高质量地为人类创造物质财富和精神财富的新能力。从技术基础、价值创造、组织结构、创新模式等方面出发,深刻阐述数字生产力的内涵特征、重大意义,客观分析数据生产力引发生产关系变革的新治理体系,提出发展数字生产力的实践路径。
In the new wave of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation,the development of new quality productivity with the basic connotation of the leap of workers,means of labor,labor objects and their optimized combination has also become the key cornerstone to realize Chinese path to modernization.As a concrete manifestation of new quality productivity,digital productivity utilizes digital technology to fully develop and utilize data as a new production factor in the digital platform or world constructed by“data+computing power+algorithm”,and has the new ability to create material and spiritual wealth for humanity with high quality.Starting from the aspects of technological foundation,value creation,organizational structure,innovation mode,etc this article deeply elaborates on the connotation and characteristics of digital productivity,objectively analyzes the new governance system that data productivity triggers the transformation of production relations,and proposes a practical path for the development of digital productivity.
