摘要
真菌毒素是指丝状真菌在粮食和饲料中生长产生的有毒次级代谢产物,极易污染各类农产品,对人体和动物危害极大;真菌毒素测试仪是一种快检仪器,可以对粮食存放产生的真菌毒素含量进行快速有效的测量,对食品、饲料安全检测初筛发挥着重要的作用;真菌毒素测试仪的量值准确性直接关系到粮食初筛的科学与否。论文简单分析了真菌毒素测量的重要性和现阶段真菌毒素测试仪的校准状况;通过分析真菌毒素测试仪的各项技术指标,找出关键量值的评价方法,确定了真菌毒素测试仪的校准方法。
Mycotoxins are toxic secondary metabolites produced by filamentous fungi growing in grain and feed.It is very easy to pollute all kinds of agricultural products,great harm to human body and animals.Mycotoxin tester is a fast detection instrument,which can quickly and effectively measure the content of mycotoxin produced by grain storage,and plays an important role in the preliminary screening of food and feed safety detection.The accuracy of mycotoxin tester is directly related to the qualification of primary screening of food and feed.This paper briefly analyzes the importance of mycotoxin measurement and the calibration of mycotoxin tester at present.By analyzing the technical indexes of mycotoxin tester,the evaluation method of key quantity value is found out,and the calibration method of mycotoxin tester is determined.
