面向碳中和的新能源供给侧发展模式研究 被引量:1

Research on the Sustainable Development Model of New Energy Industry in China for the Carbon Neutrality

摘要 面对全球能源环境的日益尖锐矛盾,中国提出2060年左右实现碳中和的目标,新能源产业发展被认为是有效的解决方案。该文从第三次工业革命、巨大经济潜力和可持续的能源基础三个角度清晰论证新能源的战略性地位。目前,中国新能源产业发展是整体上基础建设高调行进,但产业效率提升缓慢;同时,清洁能源基础困境重重;从表观原因进行解读是基础建设投资甚巨,渠道有限和电力系统新能源输送端上网艰难;但根本原因是供给侧发展模式导致的能源生产、信息传输和利益分配的三重失误叠加;最后在综合考量国内外环境的条件下,提出新能源微网分布式的空间布局模式、网络节点式的端对端信息流动和利益分享式的商业价值共创等供给侧发展模式改进建议。 Faced with the increasing conflicts in the global energy and China’s goal to achieve carbon neutrality in the year of 2060,the development of new energy industry is considered to be an effective method.From the aspects of the third industrial revolution,huge economic potential and its sustainability,the new energy industry undoubtedly is put in a strategic position.However,the new energy development is confronted with many obstacles,such as its slow development efficiency and infrastructural problems for clean energy development.Superficially,the reasons lie in the huge investment for infrastructural construction,limited channels and the difficulties faced by the new energy transmission terminal.However,the underlying reasons are energy production mode,information transmission and profit distribution caused by the improper supply side development model.Through a comprehensive analysis of the international and domestic conditions,it is proposed that some changes should be made in the supply side development such as the layout pattern of the new energy,end-to-end information flow and profit-sharing mode.
